Detox Parsley Smoothie for Glowing Skin

– Fresh parsley – Cucumber – Lemon – Green apple – Ginger – Coconut water – Ice cube

Prep the Ingredients 

Start by washing a handful of fresh parsley, half a cucumber, one lemon, one green apple, and a small piece of ginger. Chop them into smaller pieces for easier blending.

Blend the Greens 

Add the chopped parsley, cucumber, and green apple to your blender. Squeeze the juice of one lemon and add it as well. Finally, grate the ginger into the blender. Blend until smooth.

Add Coconut Water 

Pour in half a cup of refreshing coconut water to the blender. This will add hydration and additional nutrients to your detox parsley smoothie. Blend again until well combined.
