add a stalk of celery, half a cup of almond milk, a teaspoon of chia seeds, and a few ice cubes to the blender. Blend until all ingredients are well combined.

If the smoothie is too thick, add more almond milk or water to achieve the desired consistency. If it's too thin, add a few more ice cubes and blend again.
