Raspberry Bars, the Healthy Recipe for my cutie

Ingredients

Step 1 - Preparing the Crust 

In a mixing bowl, combine oats, almond flour, melted coconut oil, and maple syrup. Stir until the mixture resembles a crumbly texture. Press the crust mixture evenly into a lined baking pan.

Step 2 - Raspberry Filling 

In a separate bowl, mash the raspberries with a fork until they become a chunky puree. Add lemon juice, chia seeds, and a pinch of salt. Mix well, allowing the chia seeds to thicken the filling.

Step 3 - Assembling the Bars 

Spread the raspberry filling evenly over the crust in the baking pan. Use a spatula or the back of a spoon to smooth the surface and ensure the filling reaches the edges.

Step 4 - Baking the Bars 

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Place the baking pan with the raspberry-filled crust in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes or until the edges turn golden brown.

Step 5 - Cooling and Cutting 

Once baked, remove the pan from the oven and let it cool completely on a wire rack. Once cooled, carefully lift the bars from the pan using the edges of the parchment paper. Cut them into desired sizes.
